Benefits
- Flexible working. We operate a “3+Core” hybrid working model here. 3 days in the office (whichever days suit you best); flexibility and understanding that sometimes it may be more or the days may need to differ (the ‘+’); and additional flexibility for those days when in the office through 11-4pm ‘core’ hours. We’re an agency that really believes in the power of being together but understands the need to balance this with flexibility and the benefits of hybrid working.
- No outsourcing. No losing control. No wastage. No hierarchy. No egos. We built strategy, creative and account management around a production core. We also wondered why media and creative were so far apart, so brought those together too. From humble beginnings, we now partner with some of the biggest consumer brands in the world, who are just as not normal as us.
COMMITMENTS
- We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook. Our focus at RCP has always been on our people, protecting and building on our unique culture and never standing for “normal” work. We offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of background, identity, sexuality, and disability. We strive to create inclusive cultures through our dedicated internal DE+I counsel.
- Our mission is for everyone to feel empowered to be their true authentic selves at work. In turn, we’ve developed a series of pledges and actions that serves as an evolving commitment to build on our sentiment that every employee is an ally, equality of opportunity for all, to listen, to speak out, and to always be actively inclusive.

Have a Question?
How do I apply to work with your agencies?
We welcome all talent, whether we have a live role or not, simply send your CV, a little about yourself to our Group People + Culture Director – Lucy Hayter – lucy@notnormal.group.
What is your recruitment process?
We typically execute a three part process for our roles across the agency, starting with a virtual screening call, followed by a first round interview with team members of said recruiting division, finalised with a second session, in person, in our offices ahead of final decisions.
What should I include in my applications?
Your CV is a must, paired with any documents you think are relevant to share to tell us more about yourself, your portfolio, a reel, a piece of work you are proud of.
Do you have training opportunities?
Yes, we have a robust Learning + Development programme that runs throughout the year. We have monthly ‘lunch + learns’ we have yearly training for DE+I, yearly opportunities for Mental Health first aiders and welcome individual suggestions for training alike.
What is your WFH policy?
Agile working is about freedom and autonomy to choose where to work for the good of you and the company. It is about you choosing the best place to be that morning, that day, that week. It is about putting the trust in you all to make the right decisions about the best place to be. Our 3+ core approach is 3 days in office, core hours being 10 – 4pm.
I have sent in my application but haven’t heard back?
We really appreciate the time and effort you put into applying for a role at NNG. We review every application carefully, but depending on the volume we receive, this can take some time. If you haven’t heard back, it doesn’t mean you’ve been overlooked — it just means we’re still working through applications.
You’ll always hear from us once a decision has been made, whether that’s to invite you to the next stage or to let you know the role has moved forward with other candidates. If it’s been more than 4 weeks since you applied and you haven’t heard anything, feel free to reach out to our Head of People for an update. XX
I don’t tick all the boxes on the spec, can I still apply?
Yes! Job descriptions are a guide, not a checklist. If you feel excited by the role and believe you can bring value, we’d love to hear from you. At NNG, we look for potential, passion and fresh perspectives — not just a perfect match on paper. So even if you don’t meet every single requirement, don’t rule yourself out.
Do you allow pets in your offices?
Yes — we’re a pet-friendly workplace! Well-behaved furry friends are welcome to join us (and often steal the show – as Arlo often does!).
How accessible is your head office?
Our office is designed to be as accessible as possible. Level 5 in the BFI building, we have step-free access, lifts to all main floors, and accessible restrooms in the building. If you have specific accessibility needs, let us know ahead of your visit — we’ll do everything we can to make sure your time with us is comfortable and inclusive.
